DMCA Copyright Policy

Morrisons respects the intellectual property rights of others, including those pertaining to the Morrisons Lamb Leg product and its associated content. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly process notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to us.

This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when their material has been removed by mistake or misidentification.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content related to Morrisons Lamb Leg available on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Notice of Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following:

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content related to Morrisons Lamb Leg, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., a specific URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Morrisons may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
